The Regulation of International Health Tourism and Tourist Health has prepared by the Ministry of Health and published in the Official newspapers dated 13th of July 2017 and numbered 30123 has established criteria for health institutions which aim to treat tourists coming from abroad for treatment purposes.
Health institutions that are considered as Health Tourists who wish to treat patients coming from abroad must meet these criteria and prove that the criteria are met in the supervision of the Ministry of Health.
In 2017, the Ministry of Health determined that the criteria specified in the regulation were met by Dentakademi and awarded Dentakademi Oral and Dental Healthcare Center with its International Health Tourism Authority Certificate.
Dentakademi, which treats patients from 46 different countries under health tourism authority certificate, continues to provide services to its patients who come for dental treatment by specialists in all branches of dentistry.
